1. The storage conditions for triple-insulated wire are an ambient temperature of -25°C to 30°C, relative humidity of 5% to 75%, and a storage period of one year. It is prohibited to store triple-insulated wire in high temperature, high humidity, direct sunlight, or dusty environments. For triple-insulated wire that exceeds the storage period, insulation breakdown voltage, withstand voltage, and flexibility tests must be redone before use.

2. Miniature Tactile switch The following precautions should be observed when winding: triple-insulated wire relies on the coating to enhance insulation. If the coating is severely deformed or damaged due to mechanical or thermal stress, safety standards cannot be guaranteed; the transformer frame must be free of burrs, the corners touching the wire should be smooth, and the inner diameter of the wire outlet should be two to three times the outer diameter of the wire; the cut wire ends are very sharp and should not be close to the wire coating.
3. There are two types of equipment for stripping the coating of triple-insulated wire. One is a stationary soft solder pot, suitable for soldering triple-insulated wire below 0.40MM. During soft soldering, moving horizontally in the solder pot and vibrating the coil frame can complete the soldering process quickly. The other soldering equipment is a jet-type soft solder pot with air cooling, capable of soldering multiple coil frames simultaneously, suitable for mass production.
